Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target hotels, restaurants, pubs, and bars for TVS commercial services.
- Present and customize premium content packages that cater to the specific needs of commercial establishments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for revenue and customer acquisition.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of True Visions' offerings, including sports, entertainment, and exclusive content packages.
- Highlight the value of True Visions in enhancing customer experiences in hospitality and entertainment venues.
Market Awareness and Compliance:
- Educate clients about the importance of legal commercial broadcasting and the risks of piracy.
- Collaborate with the anti-piracy team to identify and address potential violations.
- Relationship Building and Account Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with the CMDU team, marketing, and support teams to align on strategy and sales goals.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to refine offerings.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, customer accounts, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media, broadcasting, hospitality, or telecommunications industries.
- Proven track record of success in selling to hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of premium sports, entertainment, and broadcasting services.
- Familiarity with compliance and anti-piracy regulations in the industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for client meetings and sales activities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
