Finance Officer
Job Description:
- Updating and maintenance of customer contract database in the system
- Upon receive of completed sales order, to ensure all invoices are generated and sent to customers (via email, mail, portal upload)
- Ensure all Credit Note are prepared timely as soon as approval is received
- Create Purchase Order for stock base and expenditure purchases and applying receipts thereafter.
- Co-ordinate with various function teams i.e. Sales, Finance, Service, Warehouse to resolve billing roadblocks
- Attend to sales/customer enquiries on billing
- Assists and support in ad hoc tasks relating to billing and process
- Provides backup within the team when needed
- Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the whole department
- Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related disciplines
- Strong computer literacy and competent in MS Office, specially MS Excel and Google Docs, Google Sheet will be an advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in finance
- Resourceful, organized, meticulous individual with strong analytical skills
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Mature and confident team player, able to work effectively with different levels in the organization
- Able to communicate effectively with internal or external customers
- Motivated individual and able to work independently
Requirement
