Job description

• Follow up on laws and regulations to ensure compliance; stay current on operations initiatives, compliance/regulatory concerns, and other changes in the industry
• Implement relevant laws and regulations in line with the TMG operating and its business strategy
• Oversee and supervise related business units to comply with relevant laws, regulations and business standards
• Execute the compliance plans, communication and training in consultation with all stakeholders and incorporate execution priorities that support the achievement of business and functional strategies
• Assist business units to implement governance control process and compliance with relevant laws
• Create and update the compliance policies, procedures and guidelines to be in line with relevant regulations and Company’s policy
• Develop and implement the monitoring plan (e.g. testing program, compliance assessment) to identify the compliance risk and report to TMG Management Escalate, record and report the compliance issues timely to direct matrix and management Advise and assist to design the remediation actions to address compliance control failures and follow up on actions items in timely manner
• Oversee all PDPA related, anti-bribery and corruption, CoC, CG, trade competitions, customer protection law, AML, Banking/Financial Institution Law, and other compliance programs
• Review all related compliance area in the legal contract to ensure that contractual clauses are align with regulations

Qualification

• Strong Compliance knowledge, compliance background and experience Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other closely related professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of Compliance field
• Work experience in retailed company is advantage
• Strong commitment to delivery of results; well-organized, details-oriented, and able to multitask
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability for regulatory advocacyCommunicate effectively in English and Thai (oral and written)
• Good presentation and influencing skills
