Academic Officer
Job Description:
1. Develop and produce academic content, materials, and a question bank for Science/Math exams such as CU-ATS, TBAT, ACT, A-Level, IGCSE, MCAT, UCAT, SAT, and AKAT, ensuring scientific accuracy.
2. Design and improve Science/Math curricula and content to meet quality standards within specified deadlines.
3. Prepare and review lesson content for live classrooms, online sessions, and recorded lessons, while supporting Science/Math teachers during classes with teaching materials and guidance.
4. Coordinate, support, and assist other teams, such as Marketing, Sales, Events, and others, in Science/Math-related academic tasks.
5. Provide academic services to students, including answering academic questions, teaching, and encouraging participation in Science/Math-related activities.
6. Collect exam samples and follow the examination formats of Science/Math exams across various test systems annually.
7. Be flexible with working hours and adaptable to a dynamic schedule.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields (e.g., Science/Education with a major in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering, or other relevant fields).
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Teaching or academic experience, especially in Educational curriculum design, is a plus.
4. Passionate about academic services and eager to contribute to the field of education.
5. Prior experience with Science/Math exams such as CU-ATS, TBAT, ACT, A-Level, IGCSE, MCAT, UCAT, SAT, or AKAT will be an advantage.
6. Proficient in basic programs such as Microsoft Office, PDF editors/readers, G-Suite, or other similar tools.
7. Applicants with English proficiency test scores (e.g., TOEIC, IELTS, CU-TEP, or TU-GET) will be given special consideration.
8. Male applicants must be exempt from military service.
9. All applicants will undergo an academic competency test.
