Academic Officer - Physics
Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and accurate course content for lower and upper secondary Physics (Grades 7–12).
Support both live and pre-recorded classes by assisting instructors and maintaining classroom order and student engagement.
Ensure academic accuracy during recording sessions by reviewing instructional content in real time.
Deliver academic support aligned with marketing strategies—such as answering student questions and contributing to learning campaigns.
Create test questions and detailed solutions based on real exam formats to support student preparation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Teachers, and Branch Operations to ensure smooth delivery and promotion of educational offerings.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics or a related field.
Strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.00, honors, or academic awards preferred).
A growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning and teaching innovation.
Familiarity with G Suite tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
