Strategy and Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

● Monitor portfolios, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to ensure management visibility, track performance, and align with strategic goals.

● Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

● Develop financial models and integrate short- and long-term plans for various countries and business units.

● Identify growth opportunities, evaluate risks, and recommend strategies to achieve business objectives.

● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and execute strategic initiatives.

● Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, tracking key performance indicators and project outcomes.

● Act as the primary contact for key initiatives, supporting project management and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

● Perform additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the company’s overall success.

Qualifications:

● 3-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business plan analysis, project management, or a related role.

● Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication, presentation skills and stakeholder management abilities.

● Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects.

● Excellent research capabilities and proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
