Senior Legal Counsel

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle various local civil and commercial contracts of Thai companies; assist the group in handling various legal documents;

2. Provide legal consulting services for Thai local corporate governance and legal issues in the company's business process;

3. Lead the handling of legal disputes related to local companies in Thailand, including contract disputes, labor disputes, and other legal disputes;

4. Handle the relationship with the local public security, procuratorate and law department of the Thai company; assist the group company to conduct legal and policy research related to the business in the region;

5. Cooperate with the company's external consultants and lawyers; handle other affairs assigned by the group's legal department.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time legal undergraduate or JD in regular institutions;

2. Pass the local judicial examination;

3. Five years of legal work experience; practicing lawyers, working experience backgrounds in public security, procuratorate and legal departments are preferred;

4. Able to work under pressure; cheerful, willing to communicate with lawyers from different jurisdictions;

5. Fluent in reading and writing English, Chinese is preferred.
