Head of Litigation & Execution (Home Loan & Auto & Unsecure)

Responsibilities

• Co-develop, deploy and implement litigation and execution stratergies for solving the NPL reduction, preventing the new NPL.
• Initiate, develop, monitor and update litigation and execution operational plan, working process, supporting system, legal policies, guidelines and manuals for litigation and execution actions under Legal Group to allign with business strategy and compliance with the bank’s direction, policies and BoT’s regulations
• Communicate work direction, business and legal strategy and the implementation plan to the team members include the related external legal firm supported to litigation and execution activities to ensure the achievement of the assigned targets.
• Lead team members include the related external legal firm supported to litigation and execution activities to execute the strategies and plan with optimized efficiency level to improve and enhance operation effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coach and advise team on operations and provide consultation on issues that require solutions.
• Discharge specific responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
• Supervise the jobs assigned to the hired law firm to be done in timely manner and efficiency.
• Provide consultation and problem analysis or legal guidelines for other units as well as its litigation and execution process to the organization.
• Manage and control the righteousness and contemporary of the lawsuits records.
• Provide related legal counsels to the other units as requested.
• Provide suggestion and consultation as well as encourage subordinates to receive training and development in order to develop competencies in performance which will be useful for overall employees

Qualifications

• Master Degree or higher in Law, relevant fields
• Over 7 years in legal counsels and NPL
• Exhibits a high level of self-motivation, integrity and drive to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Good inter-personal skills and a strong team player
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.
