Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment & Solution Design: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, translating these into tailored IT solutions that align with the company’s offerings.
• Pre-Sales Support: Partner closely with the sales team to deliver technical and functional expertise, demonstrating how specific technologies and systems can meet customer needs, and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
• Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to effectively communicate the value of the company’s solutions. Support the preparation of RFP/RFI (Request for Proposal/Information) and TOR (Term of Requirements) responses to secure client confidence.
• Collaborative Sales Strategy Development: Work in tandem with sales teams, internal business units, or partner organizations to devise effective sales strategies that meet client objectives while promoting company services.
• Industry & Market Insight: Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics, using this knowledge to provide relevant recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor by providing technical insight and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT Pre-Sales, IT Consulting, or related roles, preferably within a Systems Integrator or IT Services environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Systems and Storage, Security, Application Development, Big Data & Analytics, and/or Software Development domains.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Professional certifications in industry-specific technologies, methodologies, or frameworks (if any)
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong service orientation with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication of English.
