Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in Application Management
Telecom Domain knowledge & ITIL foundation is required
Good knowledge of BSS and OSS Applications
Direct the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and on-going management of new and existing services.
Will be closely working with the business LOBs.
Work with the Applications leads and support team to ensure that appropriate SLAs have been maintained aligning to the business LOBs and contractual metrics.
Prepare and review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.
Ensure regular communication of status and progress for major incidents.
Provide the business service forecast to enable capacity planning for the requisite IT services.
In case of service disruption ensure restoration of service within the agreed downtime, analyze major disruptions to determine the cause of the disruption.
Develop strategies to allow Application Support to manage resultant problems
