Needs Assessment & Solution Design: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, translating these into tailored IT solutions that align with the company’s offerings.
Pre-Sales Support: Partner closely with the sales team to deliver technical and functional expertise, demonstrating how specific technologies and systems can meet customer needs, and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to effectively communicate the value of the company’s solutions. Support the preparation of RFP/RFI (Request for Proposal/Information) and TOR (Term of Requirements) responses to secure client confidence.
Collaborative Sales Strategy Development: Work in tandem with sales teams, internal business units, or partner organizations to devise effective sales strategies that meet client objectives while promoting company services.
Industry & Market Insight: Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics, using this knowledge to provide relevant recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor by providing technical insight and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT Pre-Sales, IT Consulting, or related roles, preferably within a Systems Integrator or IT Services environment.
In-depth knowledge of Systems and Storage, Security, Application Development, Big Data & Analytics, and/or Software Development domains.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
Professional certifications in industry-specific technologies, methodologies, or frameworks (if any)
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong service orientation with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Good communication of English.
