Data Warehouse Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all activities within the warehouse, from inbound receiving to outbound loading, ensuring efficient and timely operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, production planning, procurement, and quality control to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities with other departments.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of warehouse operations strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, improve inventory accuracy, space utilization, and reduce operating costs.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.
• Utilize experience in warehouse automation, particularly Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management and operation flow.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 8 years+ in warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a large team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Experience with warehouse automation technologies, particularly ASRS, is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
