Application Support Engineer

Job Description

Ensure the smooth operation of software applications by serving as first-tier support and collaborate closely with application development team to resolve issues and improve application performance.

Job Qualification

• To be on the first line to provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving simple software application issues
• Work with application team to investigate and resolve software application defects/bugs
• Monitor application performance and address potential issues to supervisors
• Coordinate with Infrastructure and Security teams to test UAT / Production applications
• Support and facilitate the automation of manual processes
• Support for additional relevant applications for BAU parameter, testing, and setup
• Document support procedures and create user guides for applications
