    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of 3 to 4 pre-sales specialist
    • Reports to head of marketing & sales
    • Translate client’s business problems, requirements, and challenges into commercial analytics solutions
    • Support the analytics division with lead qualification, presentations, proposals, sales strategies, and competitive information to provide impactful sales support
    • Develop high-quality and impactful demonstrations, proof of concepts, prototypes, and other pre-sales assets to represent Infiniti as experts
    • Design analytical solutions and frameworks in collaboration with the Analytics Product, Analytics Platforms, and Analytics Consulting team to create customizable analytics solutions to address the requirements/constraints of different clients
    • Support building price/estimation models for large engagements
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends – research competition and updates on global market trends
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
    • Prepare proposals, responses, and client presentations for quality, the cohesiveness of win themes, and the accuracy of the content.
    • Build and grow the organization through pre-sales and training enablement for internal sales team


    Basic Qualifications

    • 10+ years of sales or business development experience with quota accountability.
    • Minimum experience of 3 years of pre-sales and bid management experience across analytics/BI is a must
    • Technical expertise and understanding of analytics solutions, machine learning, and the telecom industry would be preferred
    • Experience in overlay sales with business and technical decision-maker audiences
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
    • Excellent communication, both verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • BA/BS degree. MBA is a plus

    • Direct experience with at least one key vertical (retail, conglomerate, or financial services) is a must.

    • The ability to work effectively in a matrix organization does not depend on positional power alone to influence yet has an owner mentality. A keen eye for and focus on driving impact.
    • Employ a structured approach to solve complex business problems.
    • Ability to identify data and research needs and strong analytical skills to deliver an insightful analysis of strategic opportunities.
    • Build effective relationships with colleagues across organizations and functional groups.
    • Exceptional presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Pragmatic approach to solving complex problems with a bias for action.
    • Executive presence with the ability to influence at senior levels across Microsoft, Partners, and Customers.
    • Highly adaptable and strong collaborator, fierce advocate, and influencer.
