Research, identify and pitch to prospective agencies and brands to achieve the department’s revenue target
Create innovative commercial propositions and effective response to briefs using the artist roster, global priorities and assets
Prepare business cases and negotiate agreements with the brands, agencies or clients for all deals
Proactively service clients and build successful long-term relationships with all key contacts
Lead the implementation and project management of campaigns/activations to ensure excellent delivery of all deal obligations
Select and manage all 3rd party contractors and liaise with artist management and internal stakeholders
Thoroughly understand and able to initiate P/L sheet; also able to maintain the profitable margin
Manage post-campaign reporting and case studies
Contribute to the growth of the company through managing and leading the successful and proficient team members
Desirable Traits:
Bachelor degree or higher or relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing or other related field
Strong business development experience for at least 5 years and proven ability to deliver commercial results. Ideally you have worked in a creative agency or branded entertainment environment
Prior experience working in a client-facing and/or sales role will be an advantage. Existing network of key brand and agency contacts is a plus
Excellent communication skills, extensive experience in client presenting / pitching and advanced negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial, creative and innovative. Ability to understand the bigger picture, internal and external context to create out of the box opportunities
Good financial understanding including budget management
High problem-solving skill and strong attribute in time & project management
Passionate about music is a super plus
