Perform sales petroleum products to maximize profit to company.
Coordinate and monitor the performance of customers, domestic volume nomination, performance lifting to ensure that customers perform per sales contract.
Keep in permanent contact and provide day to day information with product schedulers to update projections of stocks and latest refinery balances to ensure that the supply operation going smoothly.
Coordination, monitoring and evaluation of customer satisfaction to ensure that the customer satisfaction target is met.
Updating internal control documents in order to comply with ISO system.
Perform the operations of the sales, such as nominations of dates, L/C follow up, clearance of vessels, cargo loading instructions, nomination of inspections, customs clearance, FORM request, price settlement etc.
Ensure sale and purchase contracts are correctly. Liaise with customer s during contract life and ensure other relevance departments are aware of commercial and relationship concerns.
Develop and maintain measures of domestic pricing effectiveness and quality of product. Produce reports as required for refinery owners.
After sales service to ensure the customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Customer Relations. Identify common interests.
In liaison with manager to decide on sales and purchases strategy, exe cute through shareholder trading organization and/or third parties, including decisions on pricing basis, commitment dates, spot and/or term sal es. Execute and manage sales process through either tender or direct negotiations.
Initiate new commercial ideas, assess feasibility, collaborate with in ternal and external related parties to drive for result to maximize margin to company.
Ensure government permits and license obtained to support all trades businesses i.e tax exempt, quality waiver, cost certificate etc.
Perform sale administrative duties, such as preparing sales contract, sale order through SAP system, prepare budgets and reports, keeping sales records and filing.
Comply with GC’s regulation i.e. corporate good governance, compliance, code of conduct etc.
Other works which will be assigned by managements.
Job Qualifications
3 Years experience in commercial or marketing experience in petroleum, petrochemical business or related are
preferable
Bachelor’s or master's in petroleum or chemical engineering, economic, marketing or related field
Strong problem solving, decision making, logical thinking and analytical skills
Strong in communication and negotiation skill
Good command in English language
