Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
Execute action plan to achieve sales goals (Sales Plan) for chemical market and customer trends.
Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
Contribute to training and development of sales team.

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field with more than 10 years of experience in sales team management in the paint and chemical business
Has good knowledge and skills in marketing and sales.
Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of painting and/or chemical products and services.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly knowledgeable and skilled in sales team management
Ability and technique to solve complex problems with systematic decision making.
Have high leadership skills and can communicate well.
