Loan Payments & Settlements Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile incoming payments from customers or merchants
• Monitor and manage payment settlement activities to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment settlements
• Communicate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to facilitate payment settlements
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to payment settlements, including reports and records
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to payment settlements
• Responsible for the data monitoring and analyze data fluctuations of payments and recommend process improvements
• Cooperate with risk, product, technology and other internal teams to output payment operation solutions.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of payment operation experience, experience within the cross-border/domestic acquirer payment operation preferred
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret data
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Possess a sense of responsibility and initiative
