Associate Corporate Venture Specialist/Executive

• Sourcing deals for VC investment and perform initial review of business opportunities and present viable opportunities to top management
• Perform market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities
• Perform Due Diligence on Venture Capital Investment
• Gather information from target company and industry experts
• Conduct background checks on the current management of the target company
• Develop financial modelling and valuation analysis
• Prepare investment proposal for investment committee.
• Manage end-to-end investment transaction
• Perform monitoring and reporting of portfolio companies

คุณสมบัติ

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, business development, or Investment Banking
• Strong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and hands-on problem-solving mentality
• Strong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and the ability to engage with senior business leaders
