Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; OR 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management preferred).
• Language & Communication: Fluent English with the ability to handle high-volume phone interactions (80% of daily tasks).
• Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
• Sales Background: Experience in lead generation, managing inbound/outbound calls, and using CRM systems.
• Availability: Commitment to the Houston (CDT) schedule
• Lead Conversion: Consistent achievement of weekly targets for scheduled apartment viewings and tours.
• Application Completion: High success rate in assisting prospects to fully complete rental applications.
• Sales Performance: Continuous meeting or exceeding of performance-based targets to maximize commission.
• Pipeline Management: Efficient handling of high-volume outbound/inbound calls and multi-channel follow-ups.
• System Accuracy: Independent maintenance of CRM data and lead status updates with 100% precision.
• Strategic Collaboration: Effective contribution to the prospect team to improve lead generation scripts and tactics.
