Job Description  

• Create and craft cocktails, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, and signature drinks in accordance with the hotel's standards

• Develop and create new beverage recipes to enhance the drink menu and provide unique guest experiences

• Prepare and mix beverages according to standard recipes while maintaining consistency in quality, taste, and presentation

• Recommend beverages and menu items based on guests' preferences and provide professional drink recommendations

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, tea, fresh juices, and other specialty drinks

• Set up and maintain the bar area, ensuring sufficient stock of ingredients, beverages, glassware, and bar equipment

• Control inventory, ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO), and minimize product waste

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

• Monitor beverage inventory, prepare inventory reports, and coordinate replenishment when necessary

• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Department and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Bar Sous Chef or Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications

• Age 23–35 years

• Diploma, Higher Vocational Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Tourism, or a related field

• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset

• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Work Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bar operations or beverage preparation

• Experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Senior Bartender will be an advantage
