Venture Capitalist (Internship)

Job Qualification Responsibilities:

• Perform market research Identify potential investment trends, originate investment idea, and evaluate opportunities in blockchain, web3.0, AI/ML DeepTech globally.
• Build and maintain good relationships across the network in the blockchain, web3.0, AI/ML ecosystem globally.
• Identify potential synergy between Tech Start-ups and KX, KBTG, and the group and/or its stakeholders, extension to future LPs, corporates, and organization and key stakeholders.
• Proactively conduct, facilitate, and execute screening process and initial assessment to ultimately deliver potential collaboration for the Group.
• Collaborate across multiple business units within the Group, and external LPs from the working team, management, and C-suite levels
• Conduct due-diligence, valuation, sensitivity model of valuation and synergy assessment
• Execute the investment document, procure good governance of documentation for investment closing
• Monitor the invested company, keep tracking record of performance and movements, and ensure good corporate governance of the investment company.
• With best effort and willing to go extra-mile, support and contribute to idea generation for the growth and scaling of portfolio companies to reach their goal.
