Perform market research Identify potential investment trends, originate investment idea, and evaluate opportunities in blockchain, web3.0, AI/ML DeepTech globally.
Build and maintain good relationships across the network in the blockchain, web3.0, AI/ML ecosystem globally.
Identify potential synergy between Tech Start-ups and KX, KBTG, and the group and/or its stakeholders, extension to future LPs, corporates, and organization and key stakeholders.
Proactively conduct, facilitate, and execute screening process and initial assessment to ultimately deliver potential collaboration for the Group.
Collaborate across multiple business units within the Group, and external LPs from the working team, management, and C-suite levels
Conduct due-diligence, valuation, sensitivity model of valuation and synergy assessment
Execute the investment document, procure good governance of documentation for investment closing
Monitor the invested company, keep tracking record of performance and movements, and ensure good corporate governance of the investment company.
