Trust & Safety Analyst - Traditional Mandarin (Taiwanese Market)

Role Details

Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Policy Understanding: Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• User Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of work.
• Continuous Training: Engage in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.
• Sensitive Topics: Engage in discussions around socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety.

Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed:

• Communication: Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English and Traditional Mandarin.

• Experience: Previous experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.
