Settlement Officer (TFEX)

Job Description :

• Responsibilities of trade settlement in Derivative Market.

• Perform for the margin call and coordinate with IC of the client to ensure that the client transfer money to cover on time as regulation.

• Process the fund transfer; deposit, withdraw the money as the customer’s instruction.

• Coordinate with the other departments to ensure a smooth and follow up on any discrepancies.

• Ensure reporting is performed in accordance with the established time frames.

• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualification :

• Female with age 22-28 years old.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration /Finance or related fields.

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), and computer skill (Microsoft Office; word/excel).

• Good relationship, service-minded and good coordinates.

• Able to manage time, priorities tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willing to work extra hours when required.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in securities field and TFEX operations will be advantaged.
