Service Technician

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Execute Site Service Jobs (maintenance, repair) on piston and screw ammonia compressors in accordance with factory manuals.
• Maintain good and trustful customer relations.
• Prepare job reports.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or a college in mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Technical trainings at factories are of advantage
• Soft skills or sales trainings are of advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a field service role
• Experience with ammonia compressors is an advantage
• Understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, their components and process is an advantage
• Mechanical skills – usage of hand tools
• Good communication skills
• English (pre-intermediate or better) is an advantage,
• Good general communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude & skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong Customer orientation
• Strong mechanical skills
• Ability to work in team
• Ability and willingness to learn
