• Launch new product/solution related to prosumer and EV.

• Deliver and propose differentiated complete EV solution leveraging other SE competency and strength.

Qualifications

• Experienced and Familiar with the EV Charger Business, customer challenges & pain points, internal constraints, and opportunities within Automotive & EV Segment
• Excellent in networking and communication
• Strong people management capabilities
• Structured, agile, organized, and comfortable operating in matrix environment
• Obtain alignment and work effectively across teams and functions
• Demonstrate strong personal leadership
