Senior Planner

Job Description

• Coordinating production & warehouse workflow for one or multiple products

• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

• Determining equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand

• Maintain production and delivery plans and communicate them to all relevant parties

• Work closely with purchasing/sourcing to ensure on-time delivery of materials and outsourced activities

• Check daily the Company’s online stores and enter orders into the system

• Ensure the Company’s online store stock levels are correct

• Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or excesses, and propose appropriate actions

• Manage monthly stock-takes and report results

• Recommend, implement, and develop systems, processes, procedures, forms, and policies to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in the F&B industry or Thai manufacturing

• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and inventory control in a manufacturing environment

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)

• Proven experience in operations planning and supply chain management

• Strong knowledge of production planning, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics

• Ability to troubleshoot supply chain issues, manage concurrent tasks, and delegate effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
