Senior Accountant AP & GL

Main Purposes of the Job:

• SAP B1 daily operations (Purchasing module– Nonstock AP, mainly local suppliers)

• Compliance to documents authorization AP Invoice & Purchase order

• Create and modify master data in SAP B1 upon requested.

• Monthly responsible Intercompany transactions reconciliation and submit report to Group

• Responsible monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and related reports

- Bank Reconciliation

- DPO calculation

- Purchase VAT report

• Ensure compliance to SOD authorization for AP Invoice & Purchase Order

• Monthly responsible on fixed assets capitalization and depreciation

• Assist Accounting Manager and supervise team upon assignments.

Compliance and Auditing:

• Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines established by management in daily operational activities.

• Coordinate and support Internal and External auditors.

Special Projects:

• Participate in special projects (Local and Corporate) as needed to support process improvements and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Some GL Accounting & Tax knowledges is a plus

• Computer literacy, eg. MS Excel, MS Words, and Power point.

• Working experience in SAP B1 will be advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
