SALES REPRESENTATIVE ALL KINDS
About all kinds: We are a creative retail collective that showcases products and stories from local brands who support good causes. Our goal is to share all kinds of products with our community... and spread kindness, too!
Working hours 6 days a week with 1 day off Working hour: 10am - 7pm (lunch break at 1-2pm) Salary range: 18-20k / month (+ commission)
Responsibilities
- Brand Storytelling
- Represents all kinds and participating brands by presenting their stories, intentions, and core values.
- Demonstrate a deep product knowledge and capable of giving expert advice to help potential customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Sales & Customer Service
- Provides service to all customers by determining their needs and recommends related products in a thoughtful and accurate manner. (Online and offline platforms)
- Ensuring consistently memorable and inspiring experience for all all kinds visitors.
- Actively collect customer feedback and relevant updates to share information with the team and participating brands.
Operational Excellence
- Master on daily operations at point of sales and in-store activities.
- Ensures the store and brand merchandising are always well organized.
- Manages financial transactions and collects payment using the store POS system.
- Monitors and manages inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.
