Sales Executive Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and development programs across various functions and departments both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade Channel

• Work on assigned projects to gain in-depth understanding of business operations.

• Assist in strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis.

• Collaborate with department heads and team members to support daily business activities.

• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.

• Attend regular check-ins with mentors and provide progress updates.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Strong leadership potential and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Able to communicate in Thai and English

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to relocate or travel during rotational assignments.
