Regional Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate intercompany and external suppliers in order to arrange the export/import of products especially, furniture across the regional that NocNoc is operating
• Follow-up shipments with Carriers and Brokers to assure shipments are delivered within the committed deadlines
• Oversee the main Transportation KPIs (lead time, service level, etc.), report results on a daily/weekly basis and deep them dive in order to make sure targets are achieved;
• Handle import/export shipment-related documents (e.g. Invoice, Packing List, Import Entry Declaration, etc.) and properly organize them;
• Propose any improvement opportunity to existing way of working challenging the status quo;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or relate field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in customs clearance, BOI privilege, Logistics import-export
• Familiar with international trade and logistics rules and management (e.g. INCOTERMS, KPIs, Free Trade Agreement, Import & Export processes) and with Thailand Customs legislation, requirements and standard operating procedures;
• Experience of handling Free Trade Zone Customs operation, especially experience in relation to export/import of furniture, home & living product.
• Strong leadership and service excellence with strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Good command of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Good command in English.
• Self-motivated, independent, able to multitask, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup culture.
