Provident Fund Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• PVD & PF Referral Agents RM
• Acquire new Referral agents including regularly update fund information and maintain relationship with existing referral Agents on product knowledge.
• Monitor and increase sales from each referral agent and distribute prospects to each RM and coordinate with referral agent to meet with prospects.
• Sales pitch with provident fund prospects:
• Preparing proposal in comply with prospects’ term of reference or requirements and co-operate with C&R for the registration process for provident fund.
• Participating in prospect meetings and conducting presentations
• Following up until the sales are closed.
• Relationship management with clients:
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all clients and contributing account retention.
• Being a consultant for private fund clients, provident fund committee and members in provident fund.
• Providing guidance, coaching and supporting for junior teammates.
• Identifying opportunities for greater profits including cross-selling appropriate products.
• Co-operate with other work units in the company such as Legal, Operations and Investment Departments to ensure client satisfaction and external ex. Fiscal Policy Office, Social Security Office, SEC, AIMC, AOP etc.
• Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by head of Provident Fund & Private Fund or the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (international program would be an advantage)
• At least 3 years’ experience in PVD or related field with 1-2 years in PVD
• Required Investment Consultant (IC) or Investment Planner (IP)License is a must and CFP is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Thai and English.
• Have Analytical skills, advisory and presentation skills, investment planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting, detailed oriented, multi-task skill and operate under tight deadlines.
