Understand business and product from customer’s point of view in order to invent and design digital solution
Impose end to end system capabilities streamlining with standard process relevant parties, i.e. product, sales, value chains
Actively participate to system enhancements and implementation roadmap, controlling of the end to end implementation, resolve issues and resolution
Continuously assess and involve with relevant parties in new regulatory and policy adjustments, awareness and actively lead in relevant to own systems enhancements and implementation
Manage project timeline, cost and implementation from initiative until execution and post monitoring
Handle and responsible for issues and provide solution in order to execute project completely and smoothly
Set plan and communicate with related parties for potential communications required to improve parties' understanding and key focus in concerning to project
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree of Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Computer or any related fields
At least 3-5 years of System Implementation experience and/or 3-5 years of Automotive Lending Business
Assertive and Agile to works assignment, strong mindset towards changes and team players
Strategic thinking, planning, communications with technical skills
Having the automotive in end to end business process and policies acumen, process re-engineering and end to end project implementation
