Business Intelligence Developer, CEG

In this Role, you’ll get to:

• Develop scalable, self-service tools and dashboards for data analysis using SQL, Python, and Java

• Build and enhance automation solutions, including RAG-based self-learning bots

• Collaborate with managers and team members to design, test, and integrate solutions based on user feedback

• Work with large datasets and contribute to making data more accessible and actionable for business users
  
  

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, such as Computer Science, IT, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably less than 2-year experience

• Solid knowledge of Java and/or Python programming languages

• Ability to write and use basic SQL queries to retrieve, modify, or organize information in databases

• Basic understanding of how databases and data warehouses operate and are managed

• Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Proficient English communication skills for expressing ideas clearly and working well with colleagues in a professional environment
  
  

It’s Great if you have:

• Experience using AI tools or platforms, which could help with automating tasks or analyzing data

• Some background in building or connecting AI solutions, such as working with AI APIs or using machine learning libraries

• Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools, like Tableau or Metabase, to help turn data into easy-to-understand charts and reports
