Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating the system testing (UAT) by utilizing the analytical thinking and problem-solving skills under “Business Process Improvement Skills” to design scenario, review scenario covered with business requirements to test or give suggestions to the team in efficient ways of testing as well as timely delivery based on the project timelines (Scope of Testing is under Underwriting (UW) & Policy Services (POS) and Policy Printing)
• Responsible for managing process improvement projects by identifying the opportunities for improvements in the related areas and analyzing the root causes to find the possible solutions to effectively implement with controllable methods to make new processes be efficient sustainably as well as performing the project management skills to ensure all key milestones can be deliverable and meet the project objectives.
• Support projects as assigned

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Science specially Statistic, Economic related to analytical skills, Business Administration
• At least 5 years’ experience in Process Improvement Skills or UAT Testing in Insurance Business or Service Industry such as Financial Banking, Financial Leasing or related.
• Analytical skills, logical and structural thinking, initiative skills, good communication, service mind with Can-Do Attitude, proactive teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good at MS Office, especially MS Excel , MS PowerPoint.
• Good communication in English Language for both writing and speaking.
