Order Fulfillment Executive (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

- Assess storage needs and develop strategies to optimize the use of available space.

- Design and implement storage layouts and configurations to accommodate varying inventory levels and product requirements.

- Monitor and analyze storage space utilization to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement space-saving techniques and storage solutions to maximize capacity and minimize wasted space.

- Evaluate, select, and install appropriate shelving and racking systems based on storage requirements and inventory characteristics.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, storage locations, and storage activities. Generate regular reports on storage capacity, inventory turnover, and storage performance metrics.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience of at least 4 years in storage management, warehouse operations, or inventory control.

- Good command both written and spoken in Chinese is a must

- Familiarity with storage equipment, shelving systems, and inventory management software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
