Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Understand and participate in the development and deployment of Supply Chain and materials strategies.
- Support the Inventory Entitlement process.
- Drive and support cross-functional alignment with various groups within the Supply Chain organization (e.g., Purchasing, Commodity Management, Strategic SCMs).
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to improve inventory positioning at sites and globally.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop inventory strategies that enhance Celestica’s performance and service levels to meet customer needs.
- Identify parameter strategies to ensure accurate data in the system to drive requirements as needed.
- Identify changes in processes when required; communicate and collaborate with the Entitlement Manager.
- Coach and mentor Planning and Inventory staff to deliver excellence to both internal and external customers.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Planning areas.
- Broad knowledge of electronic manufacturing environments, materials, and processes.
- Proficient in ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Rapid Response systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Significant multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to provide detailed analysis.
Typical Experience
- Five to seven years of relevant experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
