Operations Trainer(SPX Express)(Contract)

Job Description

• Responsible for developing comprehensive training programs for SPX ground teams who run the operation for the business.
• Work closely with City Operation Team (CTO) and various Project Management Offices (PMO) to identify training needs, create training materials/ working manuals and conduct training sessions.
• Comprehend all SOPs and all processes of the backend systems. He/she will be a key role who educates and communicates the company's policies and working processes to all ground teams.
• Expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that the execution of SPX ground team meets the company’s standard along with enhancing the performance of SPX Express operation.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in training.
• Fast learner and flexible.
• Good communication skills.
• Good at creating training materials and presentations.
• Good skills in Google Workspace especially Google slide, Good form and Goodsheet.
