Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence Associate

Responsibilities

• Developing reports, dashboards, analysis and some automations (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel).
• Monitor providing daily, weekly, monthly performance reports to track performance, marketing campaigns and support business development.
• Turn the data into actionable insights for business
• Create ad hoc report per requirement
• Assisting the various business units as a discussion partner to plan, strategise, and grow business by enabling data driven decision making
• Producing actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategies
• Work with team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions.
• Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to improve and enhance productivity in work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer sci, informations systems, information technology or related field.
• Experience working with SQL or more languages for querying (e.g. SQL, Python) at least 2 years. 
• SQL advanced, mandatory
• Python, web scraping, automate tool ( optional)
• Possess ability to handle big data using Excel,Google Data Studio will be big plus
• Presentation skill, communicate complex information into easy to read graphs
• Ability to make inferences from data and devise appropriate course of actions
• Ability to meet deadlines, self- management skill and ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
• High energy, positive "can do" attitude, and results-driven..
• Must have strong interest and knowledge in the crypto and blockchain.
• Good analytical, logical, and strategic thinking, complex problem solving, strong interpersonal skill and project management.
• Strong communications skills and command in English.
