Logistics Specialist (Chinese speaker and fluent in Thai))

Job Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on daily e-commerce logistic operations handling
• Oversee 3PL WHs on daily operational performances ensure the activities being completed on-time on target,
• Monitor platform wise order creation, administration and shipping status, ensuring all orders are fulfilled according to the time frame,
• In charge logistics related troubleshooting to ensure the operations running smoothly
• Manage logistics operations for cross border transportation, local delivery, and customs clearance,
• Acknowledge overall inventory related activities (stock-take, stock adjustments, disposal, etc.) for inventory accuracy,
• Assist customer service team on post sales operations (return refund, 3PL lastmile claim, etc.) to shorten the lead-time on case closure.

Requirements :

• Holding at least bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, operations, industrial engineering, or other relevant disciplines,
• 1-3 years working experience, with at least 1 years in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong knowledge in warehousing & logistics management, cross border freight forwarding and custom regulations,Strong in analytical and problem-solving,
• Knowledge of OMS and WMS,
• Excellent command of excel and google products (doc, sheet, ppt, etc.),
• Results driven and self-motivated with the tenacity to perform in a fast-paced environment,
• High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin
• Able to travel around the regions (SEA & CN)
