Lead Solution Architect

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for the Supply & Capacity area
• Participate in the delivery for the Supply Chain in regards to Manufacturing part of the organization
• Ensuring the connectivity and compatibility with the Manufacturing programs (Horizon) and Global Programs (Compass, D&A Enhancing)
• Lead integration implementation works to other O9 modules and other applications.
• Aligning complete vision of Product Life-cycle (across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, planning organization)
• Assure best practices are adopted and drive standardization.
• Support global process owners in cross-enterprise efforts to transform business processes and explore opportunities to maximize the use of O9, including the mobilization and management of key stakeholders in securing the necessary support
• Work within the community of solution architects and E2E view
• Support process managers, functional consultants/business analyst and business SMEs in analysis functional deep dives and in maturing ways of working to ensure quality functional work
• Work closely with Integration Architects and Product teams to develop clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets.
• Prepare Solution Design document and use tool configuration in the o9 platform as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems.
• Through understanding of supply and capacity data objects like Resources, BOM , BOD shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations / supply chain data from sources like databases, excel sheets, emails and others.
• Be proficient in statistical and solver/optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, loading and transformation (ELT).
• Be familiar with modern data solutions in the cloud like data storage, data processing, noSQL, Document database, big data, AI/ML concepts (Azure is our ecosystem)
• Work with Cross-Functional Teams, and Product owners and business Analysts, to ensure successful planning and execution of projects.
• Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base.

• Extensive experience with O9 and global implementation programs (Supply Chain). Ideally has broader experience within the Supply & Capacity planning.
• Naturally proactive and independent problem-solver with history of driving product management, including discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions.
• You enjoy working with many stakeholders and showcase the ability to translate your ideas for any audience, through well-crafted strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Effective influencer and ability to work with large cross-functional teams and complex programs in large multi-national corporations.
• Being comfortable working with short lead-time, change management and highly volatile environment. Shows resilience and patience to build up structures and maturity within an organization.
