Key Account Manager - Foodservice Brands

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Distributor Partners to grow DaVinci Gourmet business in Thailand.
• Achieve budget target for defined set of Key Accounts across Foodservice Brands
• Developing and managing Key Accounts (existing & new accounts)
• Work in collaboration with the Flavour Genius to introduce new product concepts to the market, in-line with latest market trends for customers.
• Partner with internals stakeholders (marketing) to conduct customer workshops/sessions for key accounts (to conduct beverage menu innovation sessions with customers)
• To identify opportunities and observe changes in the competitive landscape including competition, promotions, pricing trends & product positioning.
• Proactively works on account planning process to meet performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
• Present a monthly report on account results and sales.
• Provide forecast monthly to Country Manager for their key account.
• Conduct distributor & sub-distributor brand/sales training.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ work experience in a commercial environment within the Food & Beverage / Flavours / Ingredients industry.
• Ideally is well networked in the Foodservice channel in Thailand and has prior experience working with distributors.
• Experience in Beverage menu creation will be an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage LTOs (limited time offers) and regular engagements with key accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging financial data to drive sales strategies and outcomes.
• System exposure in Sales Force and/or SAP is an added advantage.
