IT Support

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure that IT operation and cyber security comply to group policies and standards
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices) 
• Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email 
• Manage and operate Azure AD, Microsoft Intune and Office365 
• Manage end user devices and other applications by providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, administration, and resolution of software and hardware issue 
• Application log monitoring 
• Manage security supervision programs to track on non-compliance items to security policies, standards and guidelines 
• Advise business units and technology group on how to comply with IT security policy, standards, guidelines and best practices 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field 
• At least 2 years working experience in IT Support 
• Knowledge in Azure AD, Microsoft Intune and Office365 
• Good written and verbal communication 
• Good command of English both written and spoken
