Investor Relations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and presenting the company's business and financial information to facilitate investor's investment decisions
• Organizing investor relations activities on a regular basis i.e. quarterly earnings results and upon request i.e. Conference call and Roadshow
• Evaluate capital market and benchmarking, investment research and industry related news and present to management
• Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's strategy and growth prospects, in order to deliver shareholder value
• Prepare Investor Relations materials for earnings release including MD&A, presentation, IR newsletter, and news release
• Other ad-hoc work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 3 years in IR work experience or experience in food manufacturing industry is a plus
• Good finance analysis in finance & accounting report
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good presentation skill and communication skill both Thai and English
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point
