Intellectual Property Legal Counselor, Chemicals Business

Job Summary:

• IP-Related Agreement: draft, review and negotiate IP-related Agreements including joint development agreements, confidentiality agreements, license agreements, service agreements, and sponsorship agreement
• IP Protection: IP filing, prosecution, and registration (patents, trademarks, copyrights) and legal documentation (legal document for patent, Trademark)
• IP Value extraction: provide consultation regarding IP commercialization such as licensing, technology transfer, and IP valuation
• IP Enforcement: IP infringement analysis, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, development of in-house IP infringement and Enforcement Guidelines and Procedures
• IP Awareness: provide IP training courses as well as initiate and develop IP legal projects, procedures, and guideline

Key Responsibilities:

• IP Related Agreement drafting, negotiation, and review
• Handle IP Legal Project
• Provide IP legal opinion

Qualifications:

• Degree in Laws
• Passion in Intellectual Property
• Experienced or related in IP Legal is preferred / Taking an IP law subject in law school, practicing in an IP firm, or having IP-related experience is a plus
