Ice Cream Strategic Planning Support Manager

Main Responsibilities

Innovations

• Lead & coordinate SC activity in innovation project management for BU-led Ice Cream category projects for SEAI and ensure OTIF delivery
• Implement Innovations Waste Program aligned to business target
• Launch innovations with Simplification by design

Sourcing & Capacity

• Support medium to long-term capacity planning for Ice Cream Asia
• Serves as a resource of information on capacity & capability requirements of future innovation in investment decisions.
• Lead strategic projects such as sourcing network optimization, sourcing unit master plans and benchmarking.
• Support strategic projects related to material cost savings and simplification Above the Skin (FG)

Candidate Criteria

• Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in related field.
• Candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain operations.
• Experienced in Planning and Project Management is preferred.
• Candidate should be equipped with sharp articulation of communication in engaging with multi stakeholder.
• Candidate should have a sharp analytical skill and able to work with cross-function stakeholders.
