Health and Accident Claims Manager

ความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the end-to-end claims process for health and accident insurance

• Ensure timely and accurate claims assessment, processing, and settlement

• Review and authorize high-value claims and claims with special circumstances

• Work closely with underwriting, legal, and finance departments to resolve claims issues

• Liaise with healthcare providers, legal representatives, and other external parties as necessary

• Prepare regular reports on claims status, trends, and performance metrics for senior management

• Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims process

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in health and accident insurance

• Strong knowledge of health and accident insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory requirements

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
