Head of Corporate Strategy (Corporate Portfolio)

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall corporate strategy development, working with key stakeholders to shape comprehensive strategy, ensuring attractive growth and robust and balanced portfolio for Central Pattana
• Collaborate closely with Head of Retail Strategy to develop strategic frameworks for annual strategy formulation
• Lead strategy development of other mixed-use properties (Residence, Office, Hotel)
• Lead strategy development of international expansion
• Conduct market research, analyze new business models, assess competitors, and evaluate local and global economic and industry trends for mixed-use properties
• Organize top management meetings and workshops as part of the annual strategy development process
• Ensure Central Pattana’s financial performance aligns with strategy and committed OKRs
• Support the initiation, cascade, tracking, and summary of overall OKRs
• Collaborate efficiently with department heads and strategists across the company
• Provide assistance in key management meetings
• Support strategy development of Sustainability and People groups
• Initiate cross-business monetization, or efficiency enhancement, or cost reduction, presenting them in executive meetings and obtaining budget approval from Investment Committee (if required)
• Support Head of CSIDT, CEO, and other top executives in driving critical initiatives
• Work closely with other units (Digital Strategy, Data & AI, Innovation and New Businesses) within Corporate Strategy team to ensure well-integrated strategy

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in top tier strategy consulting firm or corporate strategy within large corporations or conglomerates
• Experience in retail business, retail property, and mixed-use business is preferred. Must be able to grasp essence of the business and able to comment on key issues of the company
• Ability to see big picture of the business while understanding details of the operations well
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or economics from reputable universities required; MBA or master’s degree in a related field is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively and convincingly with top management on a daily basis
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, capable of leading multifunctional teams across various levels and providing effective coaching to the team
• Proficient in developing presentations, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and tight deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Thai is a must
