Head of Corporate Finance (JV Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Lead as Head of Finance & Accounting for joint venture entities in domestic and oversea projects
• Set up new entities and manage/monitor ongoing finance & accounting function in alignment with shareholders agreements, property management agreements and other related agreements
• Coordinate with the Group’s Finance & Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Development, Legal and other high-level executives to align with CPN directions and goals
• Ensure compliance with statutory, corporate and local tax regulations. This includes full ownership of the company’s financial statements and includes handling the relationship to external parties such as auditors, tax consultant, lawyer and regulatory authorities where relevant
• Oversee business plan implementation, budget control, and back-office system improvement
• Being central contact point of requests for report and information from related entities
• Manage effectively Partner relations
• Supervise finance and accounting associates both Thai and non-Thai in Finance & Accounting
• Cash flow management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher’ s degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum eight years’ work experience in accounting and finance, with at least three years’ experience in external audit
• Experience in international company is required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred
• Background with retail or mall business is preferred
• Knowledge of Thai and international accounting standards, tax and commercial law
• Interpersonal and proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems
• Strong leadership skills, result-oriented and can work well under pressure
• Proficiency in English
